The conversion of the original "house" into 2 one bedroom cottages went extremely well and we were very impressed with the workmanship of your team.
The contract was awarded to your company on 26th September 2011 and was valued at R275.839.99. The agreed on work schedule as listed below was adhered to perfectly and the contract completed on time. Commencement of work Monday 10th October 2011 Completion of building works: Wednesday 7th December 2011.

iMbabala Forest Estate, Pennington
